  12. ย @it6642ย  I have friends in Russia who live outside of two major cities, some of them and n Siberia, yet they have cars, apartments and a carriers. Cars and apartments were brought in the last 5-10 years. And they told me how bad Russia was in the 90s, and early 2000.
