@it6642 I can say the same about EU and US, people outside the most wealthy towns struggle to get a good standard of living. Everything looks good only in tourist towns or main towns.

@it6642 I have friends in Russia who live outside of two major cities, some of them and n Siberia, yet they have cars, apartments and a carriers. Cars and apartments were brought in the last 5-10 years. And they told me how bad Russia was in the 90s, and early 2000.
