  1. Even as a 22 year old I fully agree with slikrx. I'd be very concerned if my thoughts were the same as when I was 15, or honestly even 2 years or a year ago, let alone when you're 40 and it has never changed since you were a teenager. I don't even understand how that would happen, you'd have to literally never come into contact with new information, new ideas, new people, new ways of looking at thing, or be the most close minded person on earth to never accept any of it.

  2. Honestly this first chapter sounds way better than anything else I've read from you. Also, when you said the thing about the ever tightening thought spirals on the podcast I was so struck by it I wrote it down in my journal.
