Very true, the only problem is that by the time a lot of people (because some people already are) are going to notice climate change effects in their day to day lives, we will already have gone way over the tipping point and it will be too late to change it back in any significant way. We're on an exponential curve and we're coming closer and closer to the point where it goes way up.

  11. The point is that everyone is biased. That is what comes along with being human. So it's better, or at least way more honest, to admit you have a bias and make it known what that bias is, than pretend you are completely neutral. Because being completely neutral is not a thing that exists.

  14. It's disgusting, but not really a surprise. The whole point of the US is being the most unregulated capitalistic nation possible, so monetary profit is more important than literally anything else. So as long as Saudi Arabia is profitable to them, they will continue to support them.
