All America sent to Ukraine were all their worn out military equipment that they were going to have to pay to be decommissioned...,!   6. Because the US didn't send money......do you even know whats been sent at all!!? The US sent old military equipment that they were going to have to pay a lot to decommission....!! All the money stayed in the US and went towards new military equipment and research....!! So if money has gone missing , it was stolen by America. Though you did get a great economy and raise in GDP from helping Ukraine.
