@shaunakkulkarni4679 Well when you do the wheel strategy, it almost is free money. Pretty much the only way to lose is if you get assigned and the share price never recovers. But that's far and few between

@usernametaken7164 Yes, you need a lot of collateral depending on the stock, but you can't really lose all that much. The worst thing that happens is you get assigned shares. Then maybe after getting assigned the price doesn't recover all the way. But the odds of you losing the full collateral because the stock goes bankrupt/drops a lot is pretty slim, especially with high quality ETF's and good quality stocks. And as long as you trust the company will go up, you won't really lose because you're fine with holding if it's down.
