  21.  @andyjohnson3790  the majority of plastics cannot be recycled at all and that is a fact. Lithium batteries cannot be recycled except at considerable cost. we can't afford it. industry creates pollution and always will. completely unavoidable.

  22. American manufactiring isnt in China. The factories are mostly Chinese owned sub contractors. What Mexico can produce is limited. For example Mexico can't make a solar panel from scratch. Mexican plants can assemble parts made elsewhere, that's about it.

  23.  @wisenber  Tesla lies that there will be battery recycling plants set up but actually what the plants do is use leftovers from battery factories. It isnt economically possible to recycle the batteries. They may accept some for PR purposes but they get dumped.
