  1.  @cahdesosabakota795  Ukraine retook the city of Kherson but not the rest of the Kherson district east of the river Dnieper.

  2.  @Psyclonknight  The Germans held Stalingrad for a long time as well. They weren't winning by doing that. Eventually they lost the whole Sixth Army.
