@secretbassrigs I just looked it up and America's leading exports to China in 2023 were oilseeds and grains. There is also semiconductors but that will go to zero soon due to embargos and China being able to produce their own. Industrial machinery was only $5.6 billion out of about $150 billion total exports. Looks like they dont really need those either.

@secretbassrigs I'm not sure what you're talking about. I do know that in the real world of production China's economy is many times larger than America's and that the real world of production is what matters.

@secretbassrigs You need a customer that has something to provide you in return. that's how economics works. The US just prints dollars and gives them in return, but other countries have had enough of that.

@secretbassrigs China built its own space station and its own satellite navigation system that is a lot more accurate than GPS. I have it on my phone and its definitely more precise due to there being more satellites than GPS.

@secretbassrigs Right, but China has switched to Brazil and Russia as food suppliers. Russia is the world's largest wheat exporter, for example.

@secretbassrigs No, they are using yuan and rubles. there is no need for dollars when each side has something the other side wants. China is reducing its dollar holdings at a rapid pace currently.
