  14. People can't seem to make connections. The sawage dumping happens because our population is now 68 million, an insane number for the size of the country. We are using sewage infrastructure built for a far smaller population in the Victorian era mostly. Sure we can stop dumping sewage, if you're happy with your water bill going up by 1000% to build new sewers.
