  6.  @mr4exorcist  Russia exports or used to export a lot of refined diesel fuel which the UK was purchasing up until recently.

  7.  @peterkratoska4524  The reason for the exports is that most US oil is trash that US refineries don't want. The US imports oil to make the main products it needs, diesel and jet fuel. It also refines other peoples oil for them so it looks like its exporting a lot more than it actually is.
