  1.  @MatthewWard-c7e  because oil from fracking is crappy oil. you cant make diesel or jet fuel out of it so US refineries dont want it. That's why it gets exported to countries where people mostly use mopeds/motorcycles to get around because it can be used for gasoline. i dont think Peter has bothered to research any of this.
