  1. I' concerned about Albedo. Across the volume of the Atmosphere, 100million black balls isn't a significant amount of Infrared radiated back to be absorbed by Greenhouse Gasses, However, this isn't that widespread, yet. Neither was Asphalt, at first. White would be better for Global Warming, but not if they're not Stable, and break down into toxins in the water. (Which these were design to prevent.)
