  1. Burnout can trigger Depression, especially when your identity is tied to your work (Or sport, or whatever activity you burn-out on.) For instance when I burned out as a care-giver, I felt like a failure, and emotionally punished myself for abandoning my clients. I've seen a similar progression in ex-military, and similar fields like Law Enforcement as well.

  2. These videos don't qualify You to diagnose, or gaslight anyone as in "You're not A, you're B." This is definitely an Ask your Doctor about it situation. "I think I might be burning out and/or depressed" would be a more correct assessment.
