It's weird how if I leave change in my dashboard, and somebody steals it. I'm not asked if I left my doors unlocked to entice thieves. The defense can't call character witnesses to testify to the fact that I give spare change to people on the street. If somebody punches me, in the face through my open window in an act of Road Rage, at no point is "She was asking for it" an Affirmative Defense, but if he gropes your breast, all of a sudden, we're in a grey area of consent.

The Playing the Victim defense is basically implying a false dichotomy. "I didn't commit the crime, I'm the victim here!" Anyone who's done Divorce long enough has become familiar with a Mutually Abusive Relationship. Both sides arguing "She cheated on me, so I get the kids" and "He cheated on me, so I get the kids!" when the best interest of the Children is probably not as pawns for their parents to continue to spite each other. Aileen Wournos is a perfect example of the fact that monsters can be victims, and victims can be monsters. They aren't mutually exclusive. One of the things that Restorative justice can do is allow the VictimS, plural, to come to terms with the fact that they maybe kinda sorta acted out by victimizing each other.

Nannie Doss killed more people, before Aileen Wournos. I mean as far as "America's First Female Serial Killer," She wasn't even the first one in Florida, but Nannie Doss is probably the one I'd pick first, because she's part of the inspiration for the movie "Psycho."

Outside of LA, Beverly Hills, Hollywood... No, the Girls in California don't all look like that. (Some aren't even white.) If you go to certain places, like the Colleges, then yeah. A lot of them do. Compton? Not just no, but fuck no.

She's right, the "Would you rather have a client who committed a crime..." Is a trick question. As a Defense attorney, you don't get to pick the client's actual crimes. (You decide to represent them based on the Accusation, or Charges. Not the actual crimes they committed, or are already Convicted of.) If you're aware of criminal action on your client's part, you're not duty bound to defend them. In fact, you can be charged as an accessory in some cases. Also, the question basically boils down to "Would you rather defend a Rapist, or a Statutory Rapist?" On the assumption that she doesn't know Latin.

Also, he's a Law Professor, at Harvard. YTF does he pronounce Mala "Malam," and why does he stress the M on the second one? Okay, I'm a latin nerd, so that always bugged me. (Glasses push)

"Aggravated Assault." Seriously? 3 counts of "Aggravated Assault." That's what we're going to call it these days?

Benadryl isn't blue. Somebody going to address the idea that he gave her "Benadryl," an allergy medication (And sedative) and some how she forgot they were hot pink?
