  1. It's weird how if I leave change in my dashboard, and somebody steals it. I'm not asked if I left my doors unlocked to entice thieves. The defense can't call character witnesses to testify to the fact that I give spare change to people on the street. If somebody punches me, in the face through my open window in an act of Road Rage, at no point is "She was asking for it" an Affirmative Defense, but if he gropes your breast, all of a sudden, we're in a grey area of consent.
