  1. The closest thing to that was the D-21 Reconnaissance Drone. While it was part of the Archangel project, it was to be piggybacked on an M-21. Basically an SR-71 with a ramjet drone piggybacked on it, if supersonic separation was possible (M is short for "Mother" D for "Daughter") which it isn't, and was honestly a daft idea in the first place. TBPH, scramjets (Supersonic combustion plenem chamber burning) were a daft idea, and external combustion like Aurora made about as much sense as the government secretly poisoning us in broad daylight over populated areas with SKYWRITING. Infrared was a thing, long before Stealth aircraft was. Hence the term "Heat-seeking missile." The swallowtail on the F177 "Fighter" (Surgical strike bomber, it didn't even have a gun) was designed to diffuse the tail plume from the engines to keep MANPADS out of the tailpipe. The A-10 has a similar blurry tail-signature, and it's the opposite of the F-117. It's pretty obvious when somebody makes an animation without any military, or engineering background. SECRET project.
