Instead of Across State Lines, for Immoral Purposes. Exact same crime, only BATF instead of SVU. It doesn't matter that he has a CCW card in Georgia, because Florida doesn't honor it. If he gets pulled over by staters for a speeding ticket, and they see the gun under his seat, his only defense at that point is "Do you know who I am?" and bribing the cop to let him go with a warning.
