  1. The best scene in the MCU is the opening of Captain America: Civil War, where Sam meets him, and Black Widow. "How you doin'?" "Hey!"

The best scene so far was Steve meets Sam (And Nat) at the beginning of Captain America, Civil War, because it established a character, a relationship, a setting, and the predicament, all in one entertaining dialog. There was almost no action, but nobody in the theater was like "Come on!" and beat up Steve in the alley later (Until Bucky showed up...) It was just so well written, engrossing, and entertaining.

  3. The 5th Amendment has a problem with compelling someone to speak, when it comes to self incrimination, such as revealing your identity for the purposes of crimes, or damages. As per the 2nd Amendment, the Avengers are a Militia.

  4. It's international law, not US law. International law takes precedence over any nation's law, even if that nation is the self appointed bully of the rest of the world. (Or, you know, especially if they intend, and work towards forcing their law on the rest of the world.)
