Love that it's WarS, plural. I see that you have it split up into the Air War, and so forth. However, on another Axis, a lot of people seem to talk about it as "US beating the Nazis." When it was also the Winter War, the Japanese invasion of China (Through what we now know as Korea) Italy re-invading Morea*, Algeria, Yugoslavia... It was a hundred little wars all going on at once, as well as the primary Theater everyone remembers.
*The Peleponese was known as The Despotates of Morea when it was taken away from the Venetians along with Crete by the Ottoman Turks at the start of their 500 year Reign. At the beginning of the Renaissance. Then, in the 20th century, Italy tried to take it back. The first naval battle using Galleons were fought in the Morean Wars, the first Caravels hadn't even made it from Porto to the "7 Seas" yet, much less discovered the island of HispaƱola. Think about that.
