Well, I wouldn't be surprised if the Greek did believe that spending time with a man talking abbut "important" stuff was considered much more valuable than having a chit chat with your wife. I mean, what women know? There's a reason they weren't allowed to vote (these words are said from the time's prospective, not mine). I guess it could be the reason why this idea of favoring men as sex partners came from.
