California never slavery? Good to know (I am really not aware which countries had or hasn'r slaves. It's not like they only could be used in the fields), but then paying for nothing they, or even anyone living there , ever did... yeah, that's ridiculous. But really... move on. Okay, we can talk about slavery being wrong, and being hateful to someone different to you is wrong, but the USA donm't have slaves for 150 years. No one who was enslaved is alive today to be apolegized to. There's no reason to pay their children. It's not like the children of those who were in the Holocaust get money (though those who were there do).
