  1. I'm not sure if it's a morning mood or something bigger. If she does have chronical depression she's better use her time for taking herself to treatment. But maybe rather than easy or mild depression, it may be something of one time. Yesterday I had a bad mood first thing in the morning (and to be honest I'm emotiinally drained for a few days), but as much as I wanted to stay in bed, I walked to my studies and listened to happy songs ob my way. It didn't help much in the long run, but I was productive this day. (Yes, people are allowed to say they feel bad sonetimes even wiithout a diagnose. Sometimes it's evre annoying I am told that I'm not "allowed" to be blue and tired.)
