  1. Well, in a country where every damn person can carry a gun, maybe telling women to do it for self defence purposes it's good, as there's a high chance their attacker may have a gun too. But in other countries, maybe pepper spray is enough. About barging occupied houses. I live in Israel where weapons can't be bought easily and no idiot comes when people are awake. Usually they come to an empty house. All the incidents of barging I heard happened when no one was at home.
