  2. If disney is so afraid of racism, here a solution: writers should be accepted by their writing abilty. The human force should pur numbers rather than names so you won't be able to identify race or gender (or lgbt community if it seems obvious) Now let'a how much of each group gets accepted

  3. She did talk Giebrish for most of the video... or it may be just me. She talked about black\LGBT\disabled (of course, not one mention for Hispanic for example). I may be wrong, but authors aren't chosen by any of this, cause I'm am quite sure no own one can tell it when you submit a book. Even if some have a none-American sounding name, and even if there's a picture when they submit their stories, what about the other two groups who unless they write "Hello, I'm LGBT\disabled", no one will ever know they are. So... it sounds kind of... a lie.
