Honestly as somebody who's on the older end of the spectrum of Gen z (was born in mid 1997) I remember 2016 was the 1st time I would have been able to legally vote for our president but I ended up sitting out that election because I didn't like the fact that the DNC pushed thru Hillary as the nominee even though democratic voters especially those in my age range were backing Bernie Sanders and the media had lead me to believe that Trump was a joke. So I became a Libertarian and educated myself about not only Trumps political standing but all the sjw, DEI BS that was coming out of the left I later went on to vote for Trump in 2020 and plan to again come this November.
