  1. I was homeless in Washington state for about 6 months back in 2019 and during that time EVERYONE I met who was also homeless was addicted to either meth and heroin. I never got addicted to drugs and I was able to get into a hud apartment building while about 98% of everyone who I met who was also homeless are STILL on the street today and the few who did get into an apartment are still using drugs and inviting their dealers and dope buddies into the buildings they moved into.
