  1. I have to be honest, this mini budget was a joke. It was fine for the top 0.01% of people, but having just worked out my tax savings compared to the old rates I am less than impressed, despite me having a very good year. No windfall tax either, he's just going to let the energy companies keep all of that extra 50 billion quid. Rubbish.
