Maybe PAY non Europeans aged under 50 to VOLUNTARILY leave the country and never return, revoking their British citizenship, to emigrate to their cultural homelands, which they would still be allowed to be a citizen of. If a few million recent (past 60 years) arrivals left, it would likely be the ones who have not integrated well here and the benefits to Britain would be huge, plus no one would be persecuted and all would be good.

  2.  @TessaTickle  The Pakistanis living here would automatically qualify for one of their passports and it is unlikely they would cite reasons of colonization or any other bogus reason for not honouring them. They couldn't prevent it and money talks.
