Nissan gets rid of the crappy JATCO CVT and instead gives buyers the self grenading Variable Compression turbo motor ๐ ๐
3
Ugly AF. I'd buy a classy elegant E-class sedan. Garish grille.
3
Consider the Corolla Cross for more interior space
3
Great update! The 3 Turbo model needs independent rear suspension
3
The Avenir version of the GX looks so much better and has better interior materials ๐ฎ
2
But why buy a Wagoneer over the Escalade? The Wagoneer name doesn't really have any type of status or cache unless you are a boomer... I mean, it was built by AMC. And the sticker price is ridiculous for something you buy from a Chrysler-JEEP dealership. Resale value will definitely be "interesting". Definitely lease, not buy. ๐
2
I'd actually take a Camry XSE V6 over this dinosaur.
2
Or he said ๐ฎ
2
$46k is too damn much. Id prefer the turbocharged Mazda3 in top trim for less money and get better looks and interior materials.
2
Well done, Rob. Thereโs just not much of a Mitsubishi dealer network left in the US.
2
AUDIO IS HORRENDOUS
2
Good review as always Sofyan. You look really tired in this video. Take good care of yourself. As for the ID.4, I'm going to be patient and wait for the ID.BUZZ. The ID.4 is a bit too much of a Karen mobile. ๐๐ต

We are getting the next generation Focus.... well, its platform at least. It's the new 2020 Ford Escape. The pity of the tested Focus has been the abysmal reliability and drivability of the damn dual clutch automatic. It was definitely trend setting back when it was introduced. Great review!! ๐

15-20% too expensive, after the tax credits. Being made in Chattanooga with the ongoing labor problems isn't going to be pretty. Just look at current Jetta and Passat build quality. Also, hows VW notoriously poor dealership service network going to handle a BEV when they can't deal with ICE vehicles competently... what a high risk "experiment" by the Germans.

Engine Failures:ย Owners of Nissan and Infiniti models equipped with the 1.5-liter VC-Turbo engine (KR15DDT) have reported issues including engine knocking, seizures, and premature CATASTROPHIC engine failures. Variable Compression Issues:ย The VC-Turbo technology, designed to improve fuel efficiency by adjusting compression on the fly, seems to be experiencing "elevated variable compression engine failure rates due to sudden main engine bearing failures and/or head gasket failure. Class Action Lawsuit:ย Attorneys are investigating these complaints.
2
US VW dealership service is very poor quality and extremely expensive. A friend who was a VW mechanic and service mgr for 20 years buys Hondas and Toyotas for his family. He hates VW, especially the Mexico built ones. Nuff said
2
Why??? Just buy a Mazda3 hatch? The cladding is HIDEOUS. Like original Pontiac Aztek horrendous. ๐คฎ๐คข
2
The declining sales is the spreading of the Jeep FCA horrendously unreliable reputation. This Italian built "Jeep" is a Jeep in name alone. It's fully an Italian built Fiat. Thanks for the upload!
2
3 political commercials??? Seriously YOUTUBE?
2
The new Escalade will make this XT6 completely irrelevant.... especially at $76K.
2
The K5 is sexy AF. ๐ It's known as the K5 in Korean and Asian markets....
2
Needs Cartier and Pucci editions... with turbine wheels
2
The murdered out look is soooooo overdone
2
Very handsome styling. Very disappointing range.
2
Wow, way to politicize a Jeep review ๐ณ

I'd definitely take the EUV version. The Federal tax credits for GM EVs are currently used up, but the Biden administration will likely fund the credits again to promote EV sales. We need a more robust PUBLIC recharging system, not proprietary or corporate charging networks. The federal government needs to allow public utilities to build their own charger networks.... currently the feds ban public electric utilities from doing that. ๐ก๐คฌ
2
Honda --- no JATCO CVT
2
Rouge sales dropped like a rock when Nissan went to the unreliable VC turbo 3 cylinder engine
2
Its a tall Focus hatchback. Period. Which is unfortunate, because buyers are all into CUVs/SUVs, especially now that gasoline prices have dropped. One day, these tall hatchbacks will be like minivans, remnants of the buyer's parents vehicles.
2
No wonder GM and Ford as just walked away from the compact sedan/hatchback market.... like the sedan version of the Mazda 3 better, the butt of the hatchback looks like a first generation Porsche Panamera.... very ungainly
2
Such a retro 80s looking EV. Love it!
2
We Americans get the long wheelbase version of the Sportage (along with the Chinese market). The KDM and European ๐ช๐บ variant is the short wheelbase
2
Needs a rear climate zone, and much better interior materials especially in the rear.
2
I'll take a Mazda 3 sedan please.... with a torque converter 6 speed automatic.
2
Nissan gave away its chance to be the preeminent affordable EV maker by allowing the Leaf ๐ to go without updates for far too long. Ghosn was the driver of electrification
2
Absolutely beautiful styling of the Corsair. I'll take the 2.3 turbo version though.... until Lincoln goes fully electric. Thanks for the upload.
2
Really nice interior materials
2
Definitely the Avalon. Its a discount priced Lexus ES. The rear seating is much more spacious and comfortable. I prefer the upscale interior of the Avalon
2
Chrome is too shiny ๐
2
28 city, 32 highway, 30 combined. Not stellar fuel efficiency
2
Volkswagen should just sell crossovers in the US, and the GTI. The Jetta and Passat are both yawn inducing, especially without the diesel TDI. The huge back seat is great for UBER drivers though.....
2
Thanks for the upload. Well done. The CHR is way too compromised by its styling. The JDM all-wheel drive turbocharged version needs to be imported to the US market. The Kona and CX30 are better buys...
2
New front clip = next generation Mitsubishi Outlander
2
Why would anybody buy an Arteon when you could get a Audi for very similar money..... depreciation is going to be very steep. Recommend leasing not buying.
2
Hyundai Tucson Hybrid please. MUCH nicer interior and similar interior space. Better exterior styling and NO CVT too. Well done review as always
2
Not impressed. I'll take an Optiq with standard supercruise for $30 grand less.
2
The front fascia is cartoonish.... along with the rear wing and the goofy aero kit. Only the boomers are going to think its sporty. ๐คช๐๐
2
MAZDA needs to build a Hyundai Palisade sized SUV.... thats what Americans want, along with a full dashboard touch screen. Traffic is so bad and road paving is horrendous, there's very few Americans who drive for the "pleasure" of it.... Zoom Zoom drivers are very rare. <end rant>
2
The murdered out automotive look is very OVER
