Had a rental Rouge Sport for a week trip to Vegas. The CVT was rubber band-like, easily confused, and gave off a burning smell in stop n go traffic. Oh, and the rear hatch rattled the entire time. I returned it and complained. The rental agency only charged me half of the bill because they said they've had a lot of complaints about the Rouge Sport rear hatch rattling or simply popping open because the hatch latch breaks easily. No wonder Nissan is on the edge of bankruptcy.

All those lurking CVT failures for those Nissan buyers... ๐๐๐๐ ๐คฃ

Its a slightly decontented Lexus

Cadenza and K900??? I dont think I've EVER seen one of them in the wild

Dave, load floor in the cargo hold adjusts to make the load for level, but it reduces total cargo space. The DCT is a DRY clutch, so owners should be prepared to replace the clutch. Its really an automated manual transmission. A S trim model is the sweet spot, at $20,500

Best looking crossover that GM currently builds. Thanks for the review, Dave. ๐๐

Common reason for retail new vehicle stagnation ---- $50k plus prices! An AWD Escape might be OK, but Ford is about to kill that model off.๐ฎ

Good review, fellas As for the Cadillac, I'd buy a Mazda CX-5 Signature turbo for a few bucks more than the BASE version of this Caddy More better value proposition and better resale value.

Dave, the game from the 80s with the trackball was "Missile Command". Love that LS. What a beautiful car.

Like this format, Dave. Thanks for the review.

Very handsome sedan. Reminds me of a older BMW 3 series. REAR USB PORTS MADZA PLEASE!! Ohhh, maybe a panoramic roof too?? And better, more customer centric dealerships. Your dealership network needs better training and personnel. SERIOUSLY.

Pure awesomeness, dude. Still rather have a Kia Soul S over the Mazda2/Yaris for more interior and cargo space. ("Mazdota???") WTH does Mazda lock out the darn touchscreen when the car is in motion? The front passenger is often using the screen, not the driver. And that catfish looking GRILL!! Ugh....

A new generation 86/BRZ is coming out within a year...

Lots of discontinued models or replacement by a brand new generation.

Smart. Let the original owner take the big depreciation hit๐

Looks like a shorter taller Ford Flex.

Love the real shift lever and the cool looking seat fabrics

Way too fast, Dave. Take a breather!

Adorable puppy at 2:00!!

From a gas guzzling environmental disaster to a eco-friendly all electric vehicle. Hummer has a lot to overcome.

Boring styling and iffy reliability. LEASE, do not buy. Depreciation is ferocious.

That gaping grille is ugly AF....

Dave, great review. The Soul is a great crossover for the urban environment, and for drivers with mobility impairments. A power chair will easily fit in the cargo hold, and a Walker or knee scooter will also fit. The hip point for the seats are high and easy to ingress/egress. Importantly, the doors are huge making access easier. I recently drove an S version of the Soul, it was fine power-wise with the 2.0 NA engine in city/suburban driving.... and much more reasonable in sticker price the GT versions.

Surprisingly the Alfa Romeo Giulia isnt on the list. A friend bought one on impulse because it looked so sexy.... spent a LOT of time in dealership service between recalls and break/fixes. He just traded it for a loaded new Ram crew cab.... which he loves and has been trouble-free.

Hyundai Santa Fe, please.... with the 2.5L turbo

Jeep Cherokee and Renegade have both been quietly canceled by Stellantis. ๐ฎ
