  1. The 200-megawatt Albiasa Solar plant was to be located near the Silverado master-planned community near U.S. 93 and just south of Interstate 40. The Arizona Corporation Commission will also have to approve the Silverado community, as it will be totally dependent on groundwater as its primary water source, per the local Kingman newspaper in 2009. This is the remains of the Silverado masterplanned community. The groundwater was determined to be insufficient to support the planned community. The houses in this video are likely the model homes for Silverado, abandoned after the groundwater issue and probably bankrupting the developer.
