For $63k, I'd buy a Lyriq or a Model Y
118
Kyle, your enthusiasm is awesome. What a cool range test of an amazing American-made EV 🇺🇲. 523.7 total MILES and 4.4 miles per kilowatt/hr.
57
I'm glad Jordan is uninjured. No more Plaid driving for awhile. The heater core EXPLOSION in the Land Rover is REALLY terrifying, Alyssa and you could have been very badly burned 🔥 . One hellish week Kyle!
32
EQS for me, but Lucid is very tempting.
29
Excellent range test Jordan!! Good to see affordable working class EV being tested. The Bolts charging time is ridiculous by today's standards, but the Ultium platform Chevy Equinox is coming shortly.
26
GLOVES KYLE!!!
24
SO MUCH FUN to watch. Kyle's driving enthusiasm is contagious 😄
23
Dave's enthusiasm is absolutely amazing.... and contagious for CCS users
18
A CODA and a TWIZZY?? 😂You're going sooo obscure, Kyle. Love how Colton refused to touch the haz-mat interior.... 😅😊
15
Resale value is going to be horrendously poor, and i don't need a vandalized Swasikar. Seriously, Musk has ruined the brand image
14
The UltraRed paint is everything 😊
12
Styling is very much individual taste, but I think that the I6 Is distinctive and elegant. It really looks great in red with black trim 😮
12
Not everyone who buys a Ioniq 6 hates Elon, some people like a smooth ride, decent build quality, and not seeing your car a thousand times a day on Interstate 5.....😮😅😊
10
Excellent work, Jordan. Very informative yet conversational 😊
10
Really tasteful and elegant. Love the monarch orange 🍊
10
274 total miles at 70 mph... EPA range is 285 miles so close. 😮
10
Looks like the wait for a casino buffet line on a weekend 😋
8
Looks alot like a station Wagon, which I'm digging. Standard Supercruise is awesome too 🎉 Excellent review Jordan.
7
Beautiful R. 😍 The blue with a DSG for me please. Enjoy Kyle 😉
6
Nicely done. No need for special tools or cleaning products. Looks great for 100K miles 👌 👍
6
Huge cut in Model Y pricing, perhaps 🤔
6
So nerdy, Kyle! Love the deep dive on the Tesla magic chargers at Brewster... learned alot. Oh, and Dave's new Lucid is frigging gorgeous ❤
5
@Kris they split up but she's still an employee
5
Colton is like a PhD in automotive finishes. Love the geek fest deep drive
5
Reason: Carlos Ghosn. He was the power behind the development of the Leaf and of the Renault electrified vehicles. When the Japanese hierarchy dethroned Ghosn for corporate and Japanese political reasons, Nissan stopped being an EV innovator because Ghosn wanted Nissan to go electrified.... and that would lead to chaos inside Nissan. Layoffs, plant closures, just like what is currently happening at Ford Motor. 😮
5
Very impressive executive saloon. Styling is definitely a matter of taste. I think it would look phenomenal in black or meteorite grey. Imposing
5
Excellent work, Jordan. Conversational and informative 👌
5
Consumer usage at non Tesla NACS chargers is going to drop like a rock, costs per kwh on these underutilized chargers will rise, and consumers will completely stop using them. High cost and poor reliability is not a winning business plan 😅
5
Nice work Kyle, as usual. The charging curve is RIDICULOUS. Ioniq5 for me please
5
Kyle, thanks for taking us on tour of the LA auto show!!!
4
These old world charging networks are going to rapidly fade away in my opinion now that we're moving to the NACS standard with Tesla. Consolidation is beginning to start, and the willingness for capital expenditures for maintenance and software development or bug fixes is going to rapidly dry up.... Tesla won the charging infrastructure war and the other charging networks are going to wither and die.....😂
4
3 WHEEL BATTLE IS YES!!!
4
And make sure to have the interviewees bio correctly. Wow.....
4
At the limited range and $60k, I'd prefer the Model Y
4
Kyle, very thought provoking video. I'm waiting for the Ultium based Chevrolet Equinox to be launched, but the Bolt is a terrific value, if you can handle its glacial charging speed. Please do a do NOT buy list. Thank you kind sir.
4
Very handsome exterior and interior styling. The opulent blue paint color is classy. I dont need 3 rows of seats, so the Optiq is better in my case. Standard Super-cruise is awesome 👌
4
😅😅😅😅😅😅
4
Average new car price in the USA is over $47k
4
Walter is getting BIG. Good review
3
We're going to get the THREE row version in the US, not just the short-wheelbase 2 row version. We're also apparently NOT getting the cargo version, which is a BIG mistake. Perhaps VW doesn't want to compete with Ford's E-Transit. Is this going to be built in VWs Chattanooga production plant? 🤔
3
I'll take the Cadillac Optiq with standard AWD & Supercruise for a little more money-- in Monarch Orange please.
3
How about the $25k Fisker Pear that Foxconn is going to build at the former Lordstown Motors factory in Ohio 🍐🍐🍐🍐🍐🍐
3
Congratulations 🎊 on the Plaid!!
3
Great information Kyle 👍 A deeper nerd-ier dive into high voltage ⚡️ charging would be awesome
3
Thanks Alyssa for the great information 👍
3
Michelin CrossClimate2 snow tires are a requirement for winter driving. Those tires will have a minimal impact on electric range
3
Beautiful canyon drive with gorgeous scenery. The Air still needs some fine tuning, but what a gorgeous car. I'll take one in Zenith Red....
3
Ummm, Jordan? Pulling out that fuse to force the power reset sounds 1. ridiculous and 2. possibly dangerous. Glad that it worked 💪
3
Soooo much fun and big smiles. I'd rather have been in the GT4 though 😕
3
Congratulations on the Mercedes
