  20. The body panels were plastic, and adhesived to a space frame... similar to the Pontiac Fiero. The Dustbuster had HORRENDOUSLY BAD NHTSA crash ratings. It folded and deformed like a beer can.....

  22. I had a new '90 Plymouth Laser RS as a service loaner from my local dealer for about 3 weeks when the Dodge Shadows a/c compressor died, and then the service department dented a fender. Loved that Laser. When I brought it back, I damn near traded in the Shadow for a new bright blue Laser RS Turbo. My parents had an intervention and brought me back to my senses. Always regreted that.... should've bought the DSM.
