I've been following this sine the late 70's. Thing is ever since that time, often several times a year Very Serious People with Furrowed Brows have told me that within 10-12-20 years Global Warming (or Climate Change, Climate Crisis wish they would make up their mind) was going to cause The End Of Civilization, unless we (Government) acted NOW. Yet here we are Sept. 2 2023, and islands are not sinking in the ocean, The Ice Caps are dong quite nicely, etc etc etc. In fact so far the media (on this) has been WRONG 100% of the time. I'm starting to think (real tin foil hat stuff) what Our Betters want to do has Nothing to do with Saving The Planet, and a Great Deal to do with Controlling how people live.
