Foreign Policy, One reason I am NOT a Libertarian. Basically it a 22 year old view of foreign affairs. "Why do we have all these bases all over the world?" Someone is going to be the 800lb gorilla in the world, the dominate power. I think it should be America. If its not America, then Who? China...Russia...India? Because a world where (say) China is the dominate power is A Very Different World, And Not In A Good Way.
