  1.  @devalapar7878  I would not go to a doctor who has the same success rate as the education establishment/bureaucracy has had in the last 30-40 years. I look at Math/Reading test scores. It Ain't Good. YES I really do believe It. I Don't Like It, but I believe it. I live in MPLS there was a time, when Mn. had one of the Best Public School Systems. These days there are Large numbers of children who cannot read at anywhere near their grade level.
