  1. There are 3 small questions that need to be asked by Governments (well actually Everyone) 1. What Do You Want? 2. How Do You Get It? (Most Importantly) 3. THEN WHAT HAPPENS? Governments are Very good at questions 1 & 2. Not so good, at #3. In fact it rarely/never occurs to them. Examples available on request.

  2. Here's the thing. 10-15 yeas ago I would have called Tin Foil Hat Conspiracy stuff. Today, I'm not so sure. It has gotten to the point where if CNN tells me today is July 28 2022, I'm double..no Triple checking a calendar...and calling 3 fiends. Just to make sure.
