As the old saying goes "Not Perfect, Just Forgiven". BTW Jesus took over my life (He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.) in 1973 Point being let the man get planted in the ground before we start tearing him down, and declaring him The worst Person In the World.
