  1. I spent my working life on the factory floor. Couple of points. 1. Show up ON TIME (On Time is 10 minutes before your shift starts). 2. Make a half assed effort, if you are running around busting your ass, You Are Going It Wrong. 3. If your machine breaks down do one of two things Grab a broom and clean up your area or watch what the maintenance guy does, because odds are it will happen again and if you can fix it yourself Management will Love You.

  2. "Find something you Like Doing." Really Bad Advise. Find something you CAN do and pays well. As I said in the post below I spent my life on the factory floor. You think I Liked making Bolt or Air Filters? As my buddy says "Its why they call it Work and they Pay You. Otherwise they'd call it Play and you'd pay Them." Now if you are one of the lucky ones who find something They Like are Good At and people will pay you money, GREAT Thank You Jesus. But don't expect that to happen
