  1. 2 quick points 1. I have family in (beautiful scenic) *West Fargo. As my brother often says "Nothing between us and the north pole but a snow fence...and its down." :-) 2. If you take weather out of the equation Fargo is one of the Best places in the country to live. However IF with the weather it goes almost to the bottom just above East Grand Forks Mn. (Places Rated Almanac) ^gateway to Valley City ND :-)
