  3.  In Korea  I owned a house for ten years. One day I realized I was not a Home owner type. I hated doing all the things you need to do to keep up a house. Example: 6 years ago the roof needed to be replaced. Not my problem, it Kiran's (the landlord) problem. Stove goes out? Call the landlord.
