  1. When it comes to heroin treatment, for me, Switzerland got it 100% right. Canada, 100% wrong. Their system helps to create addicts and does no good at all (Tradoux policy). It's not just bad, it looks criminal. Portugal are very good also. Our attempt was pathetic. A lot of places basically decriminalise dealing. They allow the addict to be able to carry too much, making it impossible to catch the runners unless weight is involved. Zero common sense. Ive been an addict, a criminal, a drug councillor and a fine upstanding citizen, perhaps they should be asking people like me. We were always eclipsed by people with degrees. They have argued with me about something ive done a million times and they have only read about. Zero humility. Zero common sense. Canada wil blow your mind!
