  2. I have PTSD. Have you heard of a type of hypnosis called rewind therapy, human givens? It saved my life. I still have symptoms but the worst was fixed by this. I spent 10 years hearing voices, hallucinating, nightmares etc. I nearly hanged myself a number of times but a voice said why today, why not tomorrow. This saved my life. Rewind therapy gave me my life back. 5 or 6 sessions was enough. It works miracles!!! Good luck to you and Tanya and so, so sorry about Betsy. I hope this helps. The woods is were I feel best.   5. Mate, ignore trolls, they're oxygen thieves. What you have done is courageous and will help others. PTSD is just awful! The one thing that I did that has helped me the most was a type of hypnosis called rewind therapy, human givens. I had 5 or 6 sessions (private £60 session roughly).
