  1. Mate, ignore trolls, they're oxygen thieves. What you have done is courageous and will help others. PTSD is just awful! The one thing that I did that has helped me the most was a type of hypnosis called rewind therapy, human givens. I had 5 or 6 sessions (private £60 session roughly).
