Ive read EVERY single book in the foundation novels inc the prequels, plus a lot of his other masterpieces like I robot etc. The internet was originally called darpanet, made by DARPA for the US navy, a long time before it was "invented" for the public to use. Isaac Asimov is a literary genius. He invented the 3 laws of robotics in 1942. They are still the same to this day. He was a genius.
