  1. Why do some insane people have a rictus grin what is like a realy pronounced fake smile. What is going on here. Is it due to meds, neurological damage or something completely different. In men with their face at rest who frown, to me it's a sign that they ate cruel and vindictive. Ive never been wrong about it yet. I think that the difference is in the eyes. Sad eyes are dead but pleading, whereas cruel eyes are stern and 'hardened'.
