  3. In Mexico, every policeman, serviceman, politician, intelligence outfits right up to the president all work for one cartel, or another. Chapo was NEVER leader of CDS and los Queenies w.h.o are backing CJNG are probably the wealthiest Mexican cartel. I see this as a possible distraction from Ukraine and something for the election. Thanks to Ukraine the bigger cartels now have anti aircraft capabilities and night vision. Anything that the US gives or shares with Mexico is immediately given to the cartels. The president has 6 years to rob as much money as poss without dying then run away to Spain or another safe, Spanish speaking country. Russia have ALWAYS had agents in Mexico. Chapo was a trophy, El Mayo is the true leader and always has been.
