Ken Dod did this and his act could be several hours long. Neumonics is a REALY GOOD method for memory training. My brother's friend wrote a realy popular book on it. It's ready and it really works.   2. It's the real reason for saying grace before a meal. Budhists insist on scilence and give the meal their full attention. Meditation seems to make you need less food. The less you eat the better, esp these days! Fasting is SO good for you too. Shed the zombie cells. I only crave good nutritious food. The rest is of zero interest to me. Most of it nausiates me. I think our food supply is contributing to the mental health crisis. Also, people aren't fat, they're swollen with lymphatic acid and water retention. I used a vape to stop smoking. I reduced over 9 months then went on 0% nic. Never craved once, well over 10 years now and I can't be near it. It's like kryptonite to me now. Exercise is SO important Joey.
