Yeah sometimes I do activities like walking or cleaning my house and I do a mediative chant at the same time. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo is my favourite. You can also chant it in your head. Your bodie will believe it's still recieving the vibrations from the chant even if you don't say it out loud.

I feel like it should be “heal suffering” not pain. Chronic pain is a polite way of saying suffering

People who care about celebrities are sad. Get a life. They are not damaging your life. Stop watching the news and touch some grass

I want to add that taking a vitamin D supplement with your water is recommended by the NHS. Especially when it's not summer time 🌞

I'm surprised that people think it would be any other way. We are supposed to have people working in scientific fields that have different theories. I don't know why people expect scientists to all have the same theories. That would be odd. Pretty sure by default scientists/researchers SHOULD contradict eachother. Far too many variables in humans to just buy into one theory.

Hope is literally the reason why you are watching this.

Is that what kids with cancer do?

Repition. Read the same books and listen to the same podcasts everyday. Some people study the bible for a lifetime so chose your own holy scripture. Mine are certain self help books I read constantly so I remind myself everyday

@vickiswinehart8675 your comment doesn’t really make sense considering PTSD is highly common after a severe injury. So even if the injury was accidentally and did not involve emotions, the prognosis does. People usually experience depression and ptsd after severe injuries. Due to suppressed emotions, usually grief after having lost a part of them mentally or physically due to the injury

That’s all relevant to the size of the person though. The world’s strongest men have huge backs. But they also have huge everything else too, so it’s relative and generally they are considered less healthy than a smaller person who has maybe more body fat percentage. Cos big/taller people die earlier regardless of muscle cos they gotta pump blood round the body more

@HaroldSeaman that’s like saying more people would have lung cancer if smoking caused cancer. Well, smoking does cause cancer, that link is rather clear. However it doesn’t cause it in every smoker. Some people smoke and never get lung cancer. This doesn’t mean smoking isn’t the cause of the majority of lung cancer cases. And this has nothing to do with causation not being a correlation as the link between smoking and lung cancer is too strong

@svalbard01 I stopped watching news and TV about 5 years. It's bad tho cos even on YouTube they FORCE news on you on the homepage and you can't get rid of it. I try to avoid the homepage and only look at subscriptions

Never take advice from a dr. Once I was unwell and in a&e. (Was likely my mental health but I was a hypochondriac). After the did the tests on me to see if anything was wrong the dr told me to buy McDonald’s and Coca Cola on my way home. TRUE STORY.
